Born from the harmonious union between fresh buffalo milk and selected cultures is Il Blu, an artisan blue cheese with strong flavour. This slightly spicy cylinder cheese has a thin rind hiding a white heart marked with shades of green to light blue and a delicate smell of cream and butter, enriched by the strong aroma, typical of the blue cheeses.
