Ancient methods of preserving vegetables and fruits cultivated and harvested in the countryside of Matera such as drying, sugar, salt, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice are selected. Skillful hands meet ancient tradition in the company kitchens to achieve perfectly preserved naturally ripened produce in 100% recyclable glass containers. From the classic sweet-and-sour Italian ‘giardiniera’ to classic tomato purée, they produce delicious preserved vegetables, tomato sauces, patés and jams without additives or colourings.

All the fragrance of the creamy and intense hazelnut-topped ‘edulis’ and exclusive ‘pinicula’ Porcini mushroom perfectly conserved using an innovative recipe including extra virgin olive oil with hints of laurel, cinnamon and clove after steaming the Porcini ‘al naturale’. Use as an intensely flavoured antipasto or in place of fresh mushroom in meat and fish tartare.

A big Rioja with intense red colour and brick hues with excellent combination from its ageing and the grape varietals: 90% Tempranillo grape and 10% Red Grenache from the best and oldest vines only during selected vintages. Grapes are carefully selected, and the wine is left to age for at least 24 months in American and French oak barrels, then 36 months in the bottle. An excellent structure and complexity with a long finish.
