Dada Miele is a young company founded by two young dreamers Edoardo Bianchi and Daniele Scala. Based in in the Monferrato hills in Piedmont, Dada Miele produces 9 types of honey, both multifloral and monofloral. The company’s specialty is creamy honey, a consistency attained by the mechanical cold processing of some types of honey. Once creamy, the honey does not become solid again.
