Cantina Verona

Vines have been growing on the plains of Valpantena since Roman times. In the heart of this valley north of Verona lies the Valpantena Winery, one of the most important wineries for this region which includes the Amarone della Valpolicella production area DOCG.  Carefully selected at harvest time in the first two weeks of October, these whole fruits are dried for 120 days, fermented at low temperature for 30 to 50 days with a minimum ageing of 2 years.
