Azienda Agricola Lorenzon
From a small plot of land by Friuli’s River Isonzo, Severino Lorenzon has established one hundred hectares of sun-drenched vineyards of controlled origin along its shore where the rich soil and river water of Friuli Venezia Giulia symbolize the heritage and blending of different cultures. Severino and his son Enzo have built up a small cellar with large oak barrels and clean energy steel tanks, giving their wines complexity without weakening their typicality. Awards including Gambero Rosso and Bibenda.

All the fragrance of the creamy and intense hazelnut-topped ‘edulis’ and exclusive ‘pinicula’ Porcini mushroom perfectly conserved using an innovative recipe including extra virgin olive oil with hints of laurel, cinnamon and clove after steaming the Porcini ‘al naturale’.
