Erice high above sea level where the particular geological conformation of the soil gives the grapes aromas, freshness and sapidity supported by good acidity. The northwest quadrant of the province of Trapani produces rich and concentrated grapes that express themselves at very high levels in a sunny territory characterized by cool and ventilated climates, generating soft and elegant red wines.
