Pale ruby red in colour, the nose is typical to the variety and in the mouth the wine leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste. A legendary grape which produces some of the finest wines around the world.

Severino and his son Enzo have built up a small cellar with large oak barrels and clean energy steel tanks, giving their wines complexity without weakening their typicality.
