A traditional artisan Italian sausage enriched with the pungent fragrance of fennel. These free range pigs are reared totally wild, grazing in Italy’s Po valley. It’s fresh and appetising with a soft consistency and medium grain and is gluten and lactose free. Slice thinly like salami to serve.
