Pedro Ximénez is a type of grape famously grown in Jerez, Spain, where it's used to create rich, sweet, dark sherries and wines, known for their intense flavours of raisin, fig, and caramel. Pedro Ximénez wine jam is perhaps one of the greatest jams for creating sauces, canapés and accompanying fish and white meats.

A big Rioja with intense red colour and brick hues with excellent combination from its ageing and the grape varietals: 90% Tempranillo grape and 10% Red Grenache from the best and oldest vines only during selected vintages. Grapes are carefully selected, and the wine is left to age for at least 24 months in American and French oak barrels, then 36 months in the bottle. An excellent structure and complexity with a long finish.
