Ocean water is gently harvested into shallow pans, where the Mediterranean sun slowly evaporates it, leaving behind delicate crystals. These are hand-harvested, capturing the essence of the sea, with a purity and texture that elevate every dish. A long-established family food business, traditional recipes are prepared with natural ingredients in a modern way and presented in glass jars. All raw materials are certified Italian origin and carefully selected by approved suppliers throughout Italy.

A fine, elegant and noble Chardonnay I Feudi di Romans from the historical waterways of Friuli. Straw-yellow colour with golden highlights, a fragrance reminiscent of apple and fresh bread crust with rich and inviting flavour with hints of apple and acacia flowers. Grapes are crushed immediately on harvest, refined in steel vats for three months.
