Ingredients: Roe deer meat 60%, fresh vegetables in variable proportions (onions, carrots, celery), Trentino white wine (sulphites), Italian extra virgin olive oil, butter, rice flour, sunflower oil, pork bacon 2%, natural flavours, spices, sea salt. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.
How to enjoy: Matched with pappardelle in the most classic recipe, but also goes well with gnocchi or ravioli.
