A very ripe, raisiny, full-bodied wine with very little acid from Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes which are raisin-dried for at least 4 months after harvesting, losing at least 40% of their weight. Matured in wood and refined in the bottle, it’s an intense ruby red colour with nuances of garnet, rich, fruity and spiced aromas, dry flavour and generous, velvet-smooth body.

A big Rioja with intense red colour and brick hues with excellent combination from its ageing and the grape varietals: 90% Tempranillo grape and 10% Red Grenache from the best and oldest vines only during selected vintages. Grapes are carefully selected, and the wine is left to age for at least 24 months in American and French oak barrels, then 36 months in the bottle. An excellent structure and complexity with a long finish.

Apricots ripened on the trees under the Basilicata sun, carefully harvested and preserved, capturing all their sweet flavour in this jam jar filled with goodness. Minimum sugar is required this way and no additives or colourings are ever used. Suitable for vegetarians.
