Rubereto is an award-winning blend of handpicked Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with an intense ruby red colour resulting from selection of the best grapes. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels with further aging in bottle, the scent is characterised by an aromatic complexity where fruity and spicy notes are harmoniously and elegantly combined. Only starting from great grapes is it possible to create a wine that eloquently expresses the characteristics of its terroir.

Cleverly baked and stored in a glass jar, this traditional artisan babà laced with Jamaican Rum is produced with natural mother yeast and leavened for up to 36 hours, creating the softest honeycomb dough with the aromas and flavours of each babà kept fresh for up to 3 years.

A fresh and harmonious version of a white Friuli, a perfect relationship between the Ribolla Gialla grape and its territory. Faded straw-yellow colour tending towards green is bone-dry, fresh vinous and rich in acidity. Reminiscent of all hints of lemon and orange flowers, it conveys a pleasant feeling of freshness on the palate. The grapes are crushed immediately on arrival in the winery by cold maceration for 9 days fermentation followed by three months in steel tanks.
