Ingredients: Italian Carnaroli rice 92%, vegetables in variable proportions 4.3% (tomato, courgette, carrot, onion, aubergine, broccoli), vegetable stock (salt, dried vegetables (tomato, onion, carrot, garlic), sugar, herbs, spices, natural flavourings, sunflower seed oil).

How to enjoy: In a heavy saucepan, heat about 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil, then lightly toast the rice for a few minutes. If you want, add about 100 ml of white wine. Progressively add boiling water, stirring frequently as the water is absorbed. After about 18 minutes and about 900 ml of boiling water, check that the rice is cooked. You can add a knob of butter or some grated parmesan if you want. Serves 2 or 3. Buon appetito!
