Ingredients: Wheat type "00", apricot jam 26% (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot pulp 20%, sugar, pectin, acidity correctors (citric acid, tetrasodium diphosphate), preservative: sorbic acid, flavourings), butter, sugar, fresh pasteurised egg yolks, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, starch), salt.

One of the most highly awarded bakeries in Italy, established in 2005 in Veneto, specialising in an artisan range of sweet and savoury biscuits, a selection of fragrant tarts from recovered ancient recipes and traditional gelato. The initiative was taken by a small cooperative of fine pastry chefs to inspire new skills for the future in Padua inmates and to teach the values of teamwork. The concept of craftsmanship is at the heart of each artisan recipe using the finest raw materials and long natural leavening.
