A fine example of cabernet sauvignon, produced by I Feudi di Romans along the historical waterways of Friuli. Fermented following the Ganimede method depending on the vintage, matured in stainless steel vats then racked in French oak barrique for further aging before being bottled. Deep ruby-red in colour, it displays a pronounced alcohol-rich aroma with characteristic vegetable hints. In the mouth this wine is lean-edged and full-bodied, pleasing and smooth on the palate.
