This award-winning red, made from Grenache 90%, Mourvèdre 5% and Syrah 5% is matured without oak, is very complex and elegant with aromas of red currant, red cherries, black berries with spicy overtones such as lavender, thyme and rosemary. An excellent balance in the mouth, tannins are elegant and silky, the wine showing finesse and elegance.

A very ripe, raisiny, full-bodied wine with very little acid from Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes which are raisin-dried for at least 4 months after harvesting, losing at least 40% of their weight. Matured in wood and refined in the bottle, it’s an intense ruby red colour with nuances of garnet, rich, fruity and spiced aromas, dry flavour and generous, velvet-smooth body.
